Why can’t I subscribe to the Trader?
There might be several reasons. We recommend you to pay attention to the following:
- Check if your account type can be subscribed to the account type of the chosen Trader.
- Check if the equity on your account is more than the minimum deposit specified by the Trader.
Also, there can be a case when you have sent a subscription request to a Trader which hasn't been processed or has been declined. In this case we recommend you to check your E-mail box for messages about the rejection of your request or wait for the Trader's decision.
