  1. Which guarantees does the Company provide for keeping clients’ funds secure?

    The safety of your money is an important consideration for us - that’s why we are doing our best to provide security for our clients’ personal details, starting from the registration procedure and through to money withdrawal from your account.

    We use the following technologies to provide the highest level of security:

    1. Security of your personal details using SSL-certificate from Comodo. SSL-certificate from Comodo, the world’s largest certification body, provides confidentiality of the data which our clients send to the RoboForex’s websites using a 256-bit AES algorithm to encrypt the Internet connection.

    2. Security of all critical operations in your "Members Area" via E-mail. All critical operations performed in "Members Area", such as changing your personal details or password, money transfer or withdrawal, require confirmation code which is sent to your e-mail.

    3. Security of your trading account and Members Area by means of SMS confirmations.

    Those RoboForex’s clients, who have passed SMS verification procedure, are provided with several additional services, which will help to improve the security level of your funds and personal information. These services are the following:

    • Sending SMS message with the code to confirm your applications for funds transfer or withdrawal.
    • Sending SMS message with the code to confirm your login to Members Area.
    • Sending SMS message about login to your Members Area.
  2. What legal documents regulate the Company’s activity?

    Also, RoboForex Ltd is an official member of the International Financial Commission.

  3. In the rating system, are Traders' stats displayed in online mode?

    No, they are not. The data in the rating system on the website is updated every 10 minutes. To view the current stats of one or another participant of the system in online mode, go to "Rating" section of your Members Area.
