What is the minimum deposit required to open Trader account and start trading?
You won’t have to deposit any funds to open a Trader’s account. However, in order to specify the subscription conditions, you have to have at least 100 USD on your account (or the equivalent in your account currency).
Can I view details on the commission I am going to receive in the future?
Unfortunately, the exact amount of the commission will be known to you only after it is transferred to your account.
When will commission be transferred to my account?
The commission is calculated and transferred to the Trader’s account when:
- The investment period specified by the Trader is over. The commission is paid to their account on Saturday at 1:00 AM server time.
- The Investors cancels the subscription. The commission is paid several minutes after the subscription is cancelled.
- The Investor transfers/withdraws funds from their account before the investment period is over. The commission is paid several minutes after the Investor performs a balance operation.
When can I withdraw commission from the account?
The Trader is allowed to withdraw the commission they received as well as their own funds from the account at any moment.
How many Investors can be simultaneously subscribed to the Trader’s account?
The number of subscribers to the same Trader’s account is not limited.
May I change the subscription conditions?
Yes, you may. The subscription conditions may be changed once every 24 hours.
Updated conditions of the subscription come into effect on Mondays at 12:00 AM server time.
Please note, that in order to change the commission scheme, you can’t have open positions on your account.
Can I use MTS when trading?
Yes. Traders are allowed to use Expert Advisors and trading robots.
Am I responsible for Investor’s losing his/her deposit?
No, you are not. Only Investor is responsible for his/her funds.
Why isn’t my account displayed in the Rating system?
For your account to be included in the Rating system, its balance has to be at least 50% of the limitations required for creating offers. You can increase the balance up to the required sum on "Deposit account" page of your Members Area.
Accounts with the profitability of —90% or less for 10 consecutive days are automatically excluded from the Rating.
Another case for your account not to be shown in the Rating is when you choose "By request" subscription mode without enabling “Show in the Rating” option. When this occurs, your card will be only available by a direct link.
